Friday Finds: Whats in my Sephora Basket.

Happy Friday Babes
I’m sure you’re all looking forward to a three day weekend. But I also know some of you are looking forward to Labor Day Sales. I’ve got my eye on a few different sales, but my favorite sale is the Sephora Sale. I’m breaking down what I’ve got in my cart and why, and hopefully you’ve either tried some of these and love them, or you haven’t and are thinking about getting them too.
-The first item I want to talk about is the Brazilian Bum Bum cream by Sol De Janeiro. This is a re buy for me. This stuff smells amazing, its NOT sticky or greasy, and it absorbs beautifully into your skin. This is the only thing I’ve tried from heir line, but wouldn’t mind owning pretty much everything they make for the smell alone. I can’t say this has done anything to plump my butt, but i’m going to keep using it and smelling wonderful.
-The second item in my cart is the Jet Lag mask by Summer Fridays. This stuff is so versatile. You can use it as a thick under eye cream, and over night mask, a makeup primer and a moisturizer. I love love love this stuff. This gives you a wonderful “fresh face” look and really is worth the hype and price point. I can’t wait to own my second tube. Summer Fridays also just released their second product which is an exfoliating cream, which is now for sale on their site, and in Sephora stores 9/4. So if thats as good as the then I can’t wait to get my hands on it.
-Lets talk hair towels for a second. Do you even dry your hair with a separate towel? For the longest time I was using the same towel on my body, face and hair until I discovered there were towels made for your hair. I haven’t tried this one yet but I’ve heard great reviews. These special towels are made to help with frizz, and shine, and work with any hair type. I have a few similar ones from different brands, but this one is on my wish list.
-I love Dry Bar products and own quite a few of their stuff but I haven’t tried their dry shampoo yet. I love the idea of a dry shampoo for brunettes so this is definitely something I’m going to purchase and try out.
-The next time I’ve been eyeing for a while is this Kora Turmeric Mask. This mask was created to help with dullness, dry skin, and uneven texture. (All things I need help with) I love a good turmeric latte but I haven’t had the chance to to use on my skin. Ive heard that turmeric is wonderful for helping to brighten so at this price point I can’t really pass this up.
-It’s no secret that I love a good face tool. This Nurse Jamie massaging beauty roller ┬áhas been on my wishlist for so long and I’m finally ready to take the plunge and buy it. This roller is supposed to help with firmness and elasticity, dullness, fine lines and wrinkles. Lord knows Ive got some deep lines on my forehead that could use some help. I’ve seen this tool around Instagram and on different beauty blogs and they’ve all got great reviews. Hoping this helps calm the puffiness I’ve got going on under my eyes.
-Like most of the products in my basket, these pads also claim to help with fine lines, uneven skin tone and texture, and even pores. I haven’t used these yet, so these would be a first time purchase for me. I really like that these pads are paragon, sulfate and phthalate free, and that they’re cruelty-free. I’ve been on the hunt for something that can help with my uneven skin tone so I’m extremely excited for these.
-The lip mask everyone is talking about. or atlas everyone I know. I’ve never used a Lip Sleeping Mask and frankly didn’t even know these were a thing. However, for some crazy reason, my lips have been extremely dry. Not chapped or cracking, just dry and almost dull. I love the idea of adding a little bit of extra love to my lips and how much easier can it get than just putting some of this on your lips and going to bed?
-Last but not least. The Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. These were created to help with frizziness, shine, and protection from split ends and damage. I’ve only used samples of these and was really pleasantly surprised at how good they were at helping tame the frizz. So, in the basket they go.
If you use or have used any of these products, I would love to hear your experience. Or if you’re eyeing any of these tell me why. I have become such a product junkie
in the past few months and love getting to try new things and letting people know my experiences with them.

Until Next Time
